    Description

    For a limited time, we are offering (6+ extras) hatching eggs Large Japanese Longtail fowl. (Cy Hyde lines). Shipped via USPS Priority Mail Monday - Wednesday only.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to ship, as I only send fresh eggs and always try to include extras!
    Our birds are directly from Cyrus Hyde farm and I have been selectively breeding for many years.  These are Large size Longtails;  males can weigh 3-6 lbs  Hens 2-4 lb. They are very Beautiful  birds with long tails and flowing saddles!  Feathers can be used for Fly-tying, decorating and crafts. These are very rare here in the US and from the best lines.  Hens make excellent mothers too, so No incubator necessary 😀
    Note, these are NOT Phoenix, they are larger, type is more like Japanese Onagadori, however no guarantee for 100% Onagadori traits as their gene variability depends on the heterogeneous number of genes pairs of each parent.  Some will molt yearly and may not continue to grow feathers for long periods of time and some will!
    If you want extremely long feather growth, they will require special care!  Roosters should best housed by themselves in tall cages with a high perch or in large pen with a 1 or 2 hens.  Hens can damage male's feathers so you must take special care.
    We are very experienced egg sellers and guarantee eggs to arrive undamaged.  However we do not guarantee your hatch rates due to shipping handling and incubation techniques. No refunds for 0 hatches or late mail arrivals!   I do offer a 25% discount on 2nd order if you get poor hatching results. Discount is at my discretion and may require photos of non-hatched eggs, etc..
