Dress 40's 50's true vtg tea fit flare pleated floral poppies day secretary S

Vintage Dress Women's. Condition is "Pre-owned". This is approx a sz 6. See measurements above please. I think this is hand made.  The skirt is pleated but if you do not want the pleats to pull apart your hips need to be 40 " or less.  This is missing one string type belt loop which is an easy fix ...  This has a very pretty Poppy print  on the material.  This is vtg and I see no flaws , It is semi sheer material . It is in very  nice condition for its age.  It is ready to wear other then the belt loop. It has a #30 on the inside written in permanent ink.
