Label showing dress is Permanent Press and Size 10
50% Avril Rayon, 50% Fine Combed Cotton
Button down front.  Original matching belt.
Stain on bottom front hem (pictured).
Faint age discoloration on lower front of dress (pictured)
Faint pen or pencil mark near left shoulder.
Dress in good condition for age and is wearable.
