Vintage VTG 1950s 50s Black Velvet Caped Party Dress.
Preowned Vintage, great condition. Does have what looks like some sun fading (shown in pictures) where some of the black has a slightly brown tint.
The extra ruffled piece can either be a top skirt or a cape, users choice!
Very fitted! I am usually a size 6 and this would not zip up in the back ;P I would say it’s a size 2/4.
