Vintage Barbie Reproduction Dressmaker Details Open Toe Shoes Cream Heels

In this listing we have a really cute pair of reproduction Barbie open toe shoes. These shoes were made by Dressmaker Details and are in the style of the vintage Barbie open toe shoes originally released by Mattel in the early 1960s. These shoes are a light cream color. They are right and left specific. These shoes would be a wonderful addition to a fashionable doll’s wardrobe. These shoes are designed to fit the vintage Barbie foot and will fit similar sized dolls.
These shoes are in good condition. They were briefly displayed before being put into storage. They do have a few minor issues. I will say that the vintage Barbie shoes are known to split when put on a doll, so I would be careful with putting these on a doll and leaving them on since they could also split. I would also suggest warming them up before putting them on a doll to help keep them from splitting. The shoes do have noticeable seam lines and mold injection spots. At the back of the shoe there’s a large mold injection spot. In some spots there’s excess plastic, but in other spots there’s small divots in the shoe where there’s missing plastic. It’s small, but noticeable. Along some of the seam lines there are some small spots of excess plastic.
They also have some minor surface imperfections. It’s not super noticeable, but there’s a couple places where the plastic is more of a matte finish than a shiny finish. You really can only see the issues when looking up close. There are a couple minor scratches to the shoes. There is also some excess plastic around the foot opening on the shoes. They are also a little dusty. I did wash them, but the insides I couldn’t get 100 percent clean, could stand a quick washing. There’s a couple dark spots on the insides of the shoes. Please examine all pictures to see the exact condition of the doll shoes and please keep in mind some issues are more visible in person compared to pictures.
