Vintage BILL BLASS Black White Red Candy STRIPED Full Skirt Party Dress

Incredible and very rare vintage dress by BILL BLASS. Black wool bodice with red satin bow, satin full skirt enhanced by attached tulle crinoline. Zip up back.
Condition: Fair. This item has flaws (including but possibly not limited to) two holes on the front bodice as shown in the photos, a light flaw in one of the skirt stripe as shown in the photos. A light snag on the red bow as shown in the photos.
Feels like wool bodice, bottom feels like satin although fabric content is not noted anywhere.
Labeled a size 6, waist measures approx 26".
