Vintage Flapper Dress Pleated Front Black Silk with Cape AS IS

Description

Lovely but damaged vintage flapper dress in brightly colored abstract florals on black.  The dress and cape both have lots of pleats, but in both the underarm areas have suffered from tearing.  Please see photos, this is a really beautiful set, but the damage is beyond what I can fix.  So I'm offering at a very low price in case someone out there is good at fixing vintage clothing.
