    Description

    For your consideration, a 1950s yellow cotton two-piece sundress set. This is a short sleeved button up Jacket with a beautiful collar. The buttons are white conical and appear to be original. The sundress has 1 inch shoulder straps, A gathered bodice with white stays on the inside. The waist is gathered and there are two large pockets on each hip. Sundress has a beautiful working zipper in the back. I believe this was custom-made. I did note one tiny stain under the right pocket, with today’s laundering products I’m sure this will come clean. All of the stitching and seams are in good condition, I found no damage to the fabric.
    The jacket shoulders measures 15 inches, the bust measures 36 inches, the waist measures 28 inches, and it is 18 inches long. The dress bust measures 31 inches, the waist measures 26 inches, the hips measure 40 inches, and the dress is 44 inches long.
